Crystal motivates me, and she helped me believe if she could do and have it all, so could I!

I met Crystal for the first time in 2012. She was helping to organize and set up for a benefit dinner for hundreds of people to advocate for adoption and sponsorship of orphans in Ethiopia. I learned quickly after meeting her of her huge heart for these children. It’s an inspiring thing to see her deep love and passion for this cause and watch all that she has given to make life-changing improvements in so many children’s and families lives.

I have been lucky enough to be friends with Crystal, but we also get to work together! In 2013 I finally said yes to the opportunity that Crystal had actually mentioned the first day I met her. Alongside all of her charity and mission work she had been doing, she was running a successful, thriving business. It was motivating to me, and she helped me believe if she could do and have it all, so could I!

She has been a huge support to me, the biggest cheerleader in my business. Crystal is always telling me “You can do it!” and reminding me that if I can’t, God can. What’s amazing to me is that she is so supportive and caring to thousands of other women and men who are on her team and in business with her.

Crystal takes the time and makes the effort to make people feel cared about. She is the type of person that will go to any extent to help however and wherever she can. She knows she has been blessed in life and always pays that forward.

I met Crystal in 1988, we were not close friends but she was kind to everyone in her path, always, unconditionally. No circumstance or obstacle changed her positive and friendly demeanor. I’ve known Crystal through good times and bad. Her faith, love for others, belief in herself and those she encounters never falters. She has always known that her purpose was greater than her circumstance. The single trait that impresses me the most about Crystal is that she is kind when others are not and she is generous even during times when she has nothing to give. Every blessing Crystal is given, she multiplies to those near and far. My family will be forever grateful to Crystal for encouraging and supporting me at a time when I didn’t even realize how much I needed a change. Her vision and encouragement has undeniably changed the path of our lives.

Sometimes you meet someone and you look back on your life and wonder what it would have been like to have lived without their influence.

You realize how different the journey would have been without them in your life. When I think about Crystal that’s exactly where my mind camps out. Her place in my world has been one of motivation, inspiration, and support. She has been a rock when the rest of my world was unsteady, she has believed in me when I didn’t yet believe in myself, and she has encouraged me to dream beyond my wildest expectations. Yes, we “work” together, but beyond that… she has become one of my closest confidants and dearest friends. I don’t know what I’d do without her… I only hope she knows… how much she has not only impacted but changed…the entire course of my life.
